Birmingham is now a particular focus for Apsley House Capital plc; we are building a city core portfolio in a 50/50 joint venture with Galliard Homes, which has a gross development value in excess of £500 million.
At the same time, we are assembling several sites in Bristol, which will be the cornerstone of a portfolio in the South West.
