Matt has over 25 years’ experience of delivering large-scale, complex mixed-use urban regeneration schemes.

Matt has worked on some of the Country’s more iconic regeneration developments, including the White City, Nine Elms and Kings Cross Opportunity Areas in London and multiple large scale mixed use sites in Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester and Glasgow.

Matt has ‘a 360 degree’ perspective and experience of the development process, working closely with both technical and build teams to ensure the most efficient and profitable output that spans site acquisition to practical completion.
